I'm retired and live in Concord, MA - the birthplace of America -surrounded by history and within the sound of "the shot heard around the world" and nearly within walking distance to Walden Pond. It brings me a tremendous sense of place, peace and gratitude.

I am really enjoying RP and the people here. So many of you have given me helpful advice and it has been very satisfying to learn to play the game better. I also play in duplicate bridge tournaments and construct and sell crossword puzzles.

I have a Maine Coon cat (Henry David), hence my RP name. FYI and for future trivia games, Maine Coons are America's only original cat breed. I love friendly and fun banter at the tables. This is a competition but it is the social aspect that makes it worthwhile to me, so please feel free to introduce yourself and chat.

I am the co-founder of The Barnyard Muckers League which promotes a variety of team poker (individuals play for their team for accumulated points) and Captain of a wonderful team that plays in the TPP League. Feel free to ask me about either one.
